Terms of Service

1) Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 13 years old or use the App under a parent/guardian’s account.
• You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.

2) Subscriptions and Billing

• ArtSaver Pro offers an auto‑renewing monthly subscription for premium features (e.g., higher upload limits and AI metadata). Pricing is shown in‑app and may vary by region.
• Your iTunes/App Store account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policies.

3) User Content and License

You own the content you upload (e.g., images, titles, descriptions, tags). You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the App’s features (including optional AI processing if you choose it) and to operate, improve, and secure the service.

4) Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to access the service or other accounts without authorization.
• Do not misuse the App in ways that could harm the service or others.

5) Sharing

You may invite others to view selected children or collections. You are responsible for the content you share and the recipients you choose. You can revoke access at any time.

6) Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, and trademarks, is owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non‑commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

7) Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.

8) Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. We will delete your content per our Privacy Policy.

9) Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, related to your use of the App.

11) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated date will be posted above. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
